This marvellous educational facility, constructed by the French-Cambodian organisation, SIPAR, obtained support from the prestigious Swiss watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen and the Antoine de Saint-Exup\u00e9ry Youth Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>For 25 years, SIPAR, which fights against illiteracy in Cambodia, has been providing schools with libraries and translating children&#8217;s books into the national language.
